Four Days ’til the Fun Fair!

Well – the weather is finally co-operating but we REALLY NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT to make sure that our fun fair this Saturday is a success!

We need:

VOLUNTEERS :    (37 spots still need to be filled)

– your kid(s) might have harangued you as the first class to 10 volunteers gets a pizza party and every class with 10+ volunteers gets ice cream for their class (after the fun fair)

They are $25 each. You can pick up wristbands WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY from 8:15-9:15am and from 3:15-4:00pm in the foyer outside the main office. If you have paid online please bring your receipt (mobile receipt shown is OK!) and you can also pay via our Square reader at either of these times if you bring a card with you.  We always accept cash as well!

Cakes for musical cakes and baked goods for the Erica Stark Bake Table will be gratefully accepted as of this Friday morning, or after school, near the office doors (same time as wristbands).

All funds raised from the bake sale are going to this AMAZING organization, let’s show them lots of love and financial support for what they do, which is support bereaved families and children. Which means we need your delectable treats!

Website: (yup, the talent show line-up is ah-mah-zing!)

Thanks for helping us put the “fun” in fun fair for the kids this Saturday!

Fun Fair!

It’s that Fun Fair time of year again!

Please join us on Saturday, May 25th from 11am-3pm for bouncy castles galore, live reptiles, skateboard fun, candy kebabs, carnival games and MORE!

All the information is on the fun fair website –

THINGS WE NEED YOU TO DO (please and thank you!!)

We can’t make this happen without you! Please click here to sign up and the earlier you do the more choices you will have. It takes almost 200 volunteers to make this amazing day happen. Each shift is only 2 hours and there are so many different slots to fill that something will suit your fancy and your schedule.

After 7 years they are still $25 for unlimited bouncy castles* and mini cars. You can purchase them here for pick up the week before the Fun Fair. (* the new jousting event gets 1 turn).

We have some new additions to the line up this year: a 4-person jousting (inflatable), Reptilia is visiting from Vaughan with cool animals, you can channel the “old” days with real typewriters, and free jumbo freezies will be provided at certain times during the fun fair.

This year we have a few changes to our fantastic day. After reaching out many times we were unable to find someone to run the Book Sale. Separately, and at the same time, the school’s Me to We group had decided to run a book drive (kids good quality books only), so please donate to them! The free ice creams are being replaced with FREE FREEZIES and the Hamster Run (Zorb) will be replaced by the Jousting Ring. We know this will be disappointing to some, but we hope that our new items will be a big hit!

GET BAKING – we need cakes for the ever popular Musical Cakes game as well as yummy treats for the Erica Stark bake table. Mmmmmmm….

SPONSORS – we have some amazing sponsors for this year but we always welcome new people / companies to sponsor our inflatables!

If you are wondering how else you can help, we are certain we can find a role for you!

Send an email to and we will get back to you, pronto.
